COST ESTIMATES & PRICING
Dock prices can range from 50k to over 200k depending on the size and selected materials
Due to the water only being dropped for around three months each winter we limit the number of docks we install to seven to ten per winter. Because of this there is a longer wait time for a new dock than any of our other services. Currently our lead time is approximately one to two years from the initial consultation until the install.
Our goal is always to get each client's dock 'out of the water' before the lake comes back up which is usually around the first of March. After every dock is 'out of the water' we come back to do the finish work to complete each dock. Our goal is to have every dock completed for Memorial Day unless specified otherwise when the contract was signed.
We offer a five year workmanship warranty on all of our docks. Material warranties are provided by most manufacturers—for example, Azek decking comes with a 50 year fade and stain warranty.
