COST ESTIMATES & PRICING
Pricing depends on the size of the wall, the slope of the land, and the materials used. Generally, costs range from around $100 to over $150 per square foot for new precast concrete block seawalls
Because the water is lowered for only about three months each winter, we limit the number of seawalls we install to 10–12 per season. As a result, wait times for new seawalls are longer compared to some of our other services. Currently, our lead time is approximately 6 months to 1 year from the initial consultation to installation.
We offer a 5-year workmanship warranty on all seawalls. Any applicable material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.
