Oak Leaf installs new lawns using traditional seeding methods as well as hydroseeding and sodding. COST ESTIMATES & PRICING
Pricing depends on the size of the area, the slope of the land, and the type of material being installed. Generally, costs range from approximately $0.25 to $0.50 per square foot for new seeding, and $0.75 to $1.25 per square foot for new sodding.
Currently, our lead time is approximately 3 to 12 months from the initial consultation to installation. Unless irrigation is available, plantings are typically done in the spring and fall.
If you have irrigation, we provide a one year limited warranty on all new lawns.
At this time, we do not install irrigation systems but can refer you to a trusted provider. As our company continues to grow, we hope to offer this service in the future.
